Event: Join Top50 Socially Responsible Companies
This is an event held annually in recognition of SMEs and proprietors whose business capital and investments are below 300,000 dollars or 1 billion Uganda Shillings.
This event is hosted in all five regions in Uganda. The development of this product stems from the president’s constitutional 5-year term.
It is further informed by the need to scale the visibility of partners, sponsors, and members whose products and services are sold and consumed nationwide. The motivation for the participants is the need to grow sales and appreciation of their exceptional performance after careful study of the balanced score of a particular enterprise in all its departments; Board, audit, risk, training, insurance, remuneration Csr, customer service, marketing, Cost Control, growth, portfolio management, Human resource, Record keeping registration, compliance to the regulatory framework, business sustainability, labour relation, ……. Etc
Note: The requirements for participation are similar to those above, except that it is limited to SMEs with a revenue of below 300,000 USD, is held in the 5 regions of Uganda, and cuts across sectors. Emphasis is on private sector SME’S
